Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 29 July 2026
Last Updated: 29 July 2026

At Manvaya Jewels, we carefully inspect and securely package every order before handing it to our delivery partner. This Shipping Policy explains our order-processing timelines, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking process and procedures for delayed, lost, damaged or undelivered shipments.

This Policy applies to purchases made directly through the Manvaya Jewels website and other official direct-sales channels. It should be read together with our Cancellation Policy and Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require e-commerce businesses to clearly disclose information relating to delivery, shipment, returns, refunds, payment methods and grievance redressal.

1. About Manvaya Jewels

Manvaya Jewels is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Vishal Saklani.

Business address:
Shop No. 36, Indirapuram
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 210001
India

Website: https://manvayajewels.com/
Customer-support email: care@manvayajewels.com
Phone/WhatsApp: +91 98765 43211
Customer-support hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST

2. Shipping coverage

Manvaya Jewels currently ships to serviceable addresses across India.

Delivery availability depends on:

  • The customer’s postcode
  • Courier-partner serviceability
  • Local delivery restrictions
  • The nature and value of the order
  • Availability of Cash on Delivery in the relevant area

We may be unable to deliver to certain remote, restricted or non-serviceable locations.

International shipping is not currently available unless specifically confirmed in writing by Manvaya Jewels before the order is placed.

3. Order-processing period

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within:

1–2 business days after successful order confirmation

Business days generally mean Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order processing includes:

  • Payment confirmation
  • Cash on Delivery verification, where applicable
  • Product inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Invoice preparation
  • Shipping-label generation
  • Handover to the courier partner

An order-processing period is separate from the courier delivery period.

Orders placed after business hours

Orders placed after 8:00 PM IST may be treated as received on the next business day.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays

Processing will ordinarily begin on the next available business day.

4. Additional processing time

Some orders may require longer processing, including:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Products requiring alteration or special preparation
  • Pre-order products
  • Limited-edition collection launches
  • High-volume festive-sale orders
  • Orders requiring customer verification
  • Orders temporarily awaiting stock confirmation

Any materially longer processing period should be communicated on the product page, during checkout or through customer support.

Where products in one order have different processing timelines, the order may be shipped together according to the longest applicable timeline unless split shipment is arranged.

5. Estimated delivery timelines

Delivery timelines begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the date on which the order was placed.

Delivery locationEstimated delivery after dispatch
Delhi NCR and major metro cities3–5 business days
Other urban and tier-two locations5–7 business days
Remote or extended-service locations7–10 business days
Difficult-to-service locationsTimeline communicated separately

These are reasonable estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless Manvaya Jewels expressly describes a service as guaranteed.

Actual delivery time may vary because of courier operations, customer availability, local conditions or events beyond reasonable control.

6. Shipping charges

The following provisional shipping structure applies to direct website orders:

Order valueStandard shipping charge
₹999 or aboveFree
Below ₹999₹79

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed before the customer completes payment.

Shipping thresholds may be changed during:

  • Special promotions
  • Limited-edition launches
  • Marketplace campaigns
  • Festive sales
  • Location-specific offers

The charge displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to that order.

7. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders and serviceable postcodes.

A provisional COD handling charge of ₹49 may apply and will be shown during checkout.

COD availability may depend on:

  • Postcode serviceability
  • Order value
  • Product category
  • Customer order history
  • Previous refused or undelivered orders
  • Courier limitations
  • Fraud-prevention checks

Manvaya Jewels may contact the customer by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp to verify a COD order before dispatch.

If the order cannot be verified within a reasonable period, we may place it on hold, request prepaid payment or cancel it.

8. Prepaid-only locations or orders

Manvaya Jewels may require prepaid payment where:

  • Cash on Delivery is unavailable at the postcode
  • The address is in a high-risk or remote delivery area
  • The order contains a customised product
  • The order value exceeds the permitted COD limit
  • Previous COD orders associated with the customer were repeatedly refused
  • The transaction requires additional verification
  • Courier partners temporarily suspend COD service

Such restrictions will not be applied arbitrarily or for discriminatory reasons.

9. Order confirmation and dispatch notification

After placing an order, customers may receive:

  1. An order-confirmation message
  2. A payment confirmation, where applicable
  3. A dispatch notification
  4. A courier tracking number or tracking link
  5. Delivery-status updates

Notifications may be sent through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • The customer’s website account
  • The courier partner’s communication system

Customers should provide a working phone number and email address and check their spam or promotions folder where necessary.

10. Shipment tracking

Once an order is dispatched, the customer will ordinarily receive tracking information.

Tracking activity may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after courier pickup.

A temporary lack of tracking movement does not necessarily mean that the shipment has been lost. Courier scans may be delayed between transit centres.

Customers should contact us if:

  • Tracking does not activate within 48 hours
  • The shipment has shown no movement for an unusual period
  • The delivery estimate has passed
  • The courier requests suspicious payment or confidential information

Manvaya Jewels and its courier partners will never require a card PIN, CVV, internet-banking password or OTP merely to track a parcel.

11. Delivery attempts

Courier partners will generally make delivery attempts according to their operating procedures.

Customers should:

  • Keep their phone available
  • Ensure that someone is present to receive the parcel
  • Provide accurate address details and landmarks
  • Respond to genuine courier calls
  • Avoid delaying or repeatedly rescheduling delivery

The courier may return the shipment to Manvaya Jewels where delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • The customer cannot be contacted
  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient refuses delivery
  • The location is inaccessible
  • The permitted number of delivery attempts has been exhausted

12. Correct delivery information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate:

  • Recipient name
  • Mobile number
  • House, flat, shop or office number
  • Street and locality
  • Landmark
  • City
  • State
  • Postcode

Customers should review the information before placing the order.

Address-change requests must be submitted before dispatch. We will make reasonable efforts to update the details but cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, an address change may be unavailable or may attract additional courier charges.

13. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Where delivery fails because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The shipment may be returned to origin.
  • Re-shipping may require payment of an additional delivery charge.
  • Original shipping or COD charges may be non-refundable.
  • The order may be cancelled after the parcel returns to us, subject to the Cancellation and Return Policies.

Manvaya Jewels will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address that was accurately reproduced from the information supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.

14. Delivery to another person

A parcel may be delivered to:

  • The named customer
  • A family member
  • An employee
  • A receptionist
  • Security personnel
  • Another person apparently authorised to receive deliveries at the address

The customer should inform relevant persons when expecting an order.

If tracking shows delivery to another person at the customer’s address, the customer should first check with household members, reception, neighbours or security personnel before reporting the parcel as missing.

15. Open-box delivery

Open-box delivery is not ordinarily available unless expressly offered by the courier partner or displayed during checkout.

Customers should not forcibly open a parcel before acceptance where the courier’s terms do not permit it.

A customer’s inability to inspect the product before accepting the parcel does not remove their right to report an eligible damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product under the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

16. Tampered or visibly damaged parcels

Customers should inspect the outer parcel before accepting it.

Where the package appears:

  • Torn
  • Crushed
  • Opened
  • Resealed
  • Wet
  • Significantly damaged
  • Missing its shipping label
  • Suspiciously lightweight

the customer should, where reasonably possible:

  1. Photograph or record the package;
  2. Inform the courier representative;
  3. Note the condition on the delivery acknowledgement, where available; and
  4. Contact Manvaya Jewels promptly.

If accepting a damaged-looking parcel, the customer should record an unedited unboxing video and preserve the packaging.

An unboxing video is recommended but is not the sole method by which a genuine complaint may be proved.

17. Product damaged during transit

If the product arrives damaged, the customer should preferably contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer should provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photographs
  • Images of the external and internal packaging
  • Image of the courier label
  • A short description of the damage
  • Unboxing video, where available

Verified transit-damage claims will be handled under the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Depending on product availability and the customer’s rights, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund
  • Store credit with the customer’s agreement

18. Delayed shipments

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

  • Severe weather
  • Floods, storms or natural disasters
  • Transport disruption
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes
  • Local restrictions
  • Political or civil disturbance
  • Courier-network congestion
  • Festive demand
  • Road closures
  • Regulatory inspections
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Events beyond reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to help locate delayed orders and obtain revised estimates.

An estimated date may change during transit. However, where Manvaya Jewels fails to deliver within a firm delivery schedule expressly promised to and relied upon by the customer, the matter will be assessed under applicable law and the customer may be entitled to an appropriate remedy. The E-Commerce Rules specifically require clear shipment information and protect consumers in cases including qualifying late delivery, subject to force-majeure circumstances.

19. Lost shipments

A shipment may be treated as potentially lost where:

  • The courier confirms loss;
  • Tracking remains inactive for an unusually long period;
  • The parcel cannot be located after investigation; or
  • The shipment does not arrive within a reasonable period after its expected delivery.

After receiving a report, Manvaya Jewels may open an investigation with the courier partner.

The customer may be asked to confirm:

  • Order number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Whether the courier contacted them
  • Whether another person received the parcel
  • Whether delivery was attempted

If the courier confirms that the parcel was lost before delivery, Manvaya Jewels will ordinarily offer a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability and applicable law.

The customer will not be required to pay again for a replacement caused by verified loss in transit.

20. Shipment marked delivered but not received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer cannot find the parcel, they should contact us preferably within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

Before reporting, the customer should check:

  • With family or household members
  • Reception or office administration
  • Building security
  • Neighbours
  • Mailroom or designated parcel area
  • Any photograph or proof of delivery supplied by the courier

Manvaya Jewels may request an investigation from the courier and obtain:

  • Delivery scan records
  • GPS information, where available
  • Proof of delivery
  • Recipient details
  • Delivery photographs
  • Courier representative’s statement

A refund or replacement will not be issued solely because a tracking page shows delivered; the claim will first be reasonably investigated. This does not limit the customer’s statutory rights where the product was not actually delivered.

21. Returned-to-origin shipments

A shipment may be returned to origin because of:

  • Customer refusal
  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unserviceable or inaccessible location
  • Courier or operational error

Once the parcel returns to Manvaya Jewels, we may offer:

  • Re-shipment
  • Address correction
  • Cancellation, where eligible
  • Refund, subject to applicable deductions and policies

Where return to origin was caused by a courier or Manvaya Jewels error, reasonable re-shipping costs will be borne by Manvaya Jewels.

Where it was caused by incorrect customer information, repeated unavailability or unjustified refusal, the customer may be asked to pay the re-shipping charge.

22. Refused Cash on Delivery shipments

Repeated refusal of genuine COD orders creates courier and handling costs.

Where a customer repeatedly refuses COD parcels without a valid reason, Manvaya Jewels may:

  • Restrict COD for future orders
  • Require advance payment
  • Request confirmation before dispatch
  • Cancel unverified future COD orders

A genuine complaint concerning incorrect, damaged or suspiciously tampered delivery will not be treated as abusive refusal merely because the customer declined to accept the parcel.

23. Split shipments

An order may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel where:

  • Products are stored at different locations
  • One product requires additional processing
  • Parcel size or weight requires separation
  • Courier restrictions apply
  • Partial dispatch is necessary to avoid delay

Customers will not ordinarily be charged additional standard shipping merely because Manvaya Jewels chooses to split an order.

Separate tracking details may be issued for each package.

The customer should confirm that all parcels have been delivered before reporting a missing item.

24. Multiple products in one parcel

Customers should retain all packaging until every product in the order has been checked.

Where a paid item is missing, the customer should provide:

  • Order number
  • Package photographs
  • Shipping label
  • Images of the received contents
  • Unboxing video, where available

We may review packing records, product weights, dispatch footage and courier records before resolving the claim.

25. Pre-orders and made-to-order products

A pre-order, customised or made-to-order product may have a longer dispatch period.

The estimated dispatch timeline should be stated:

  • On the product page
  • During checkout
  • In the order confirmation
  • In a direct message before payment

Where a single order contains both ready-stock and pre-order products, we may:

  • Hold the entire order until all items are ready; or
  • Dispatch available products separately

The applicable arrangement will be communicated where it materially affects delivery.

26. Express shipping

Express shipping may be available for selected products and serviceable postcodes.

Availability and charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by customer support.

An express-shipping charge pays for a faster courier service but does not eliminate delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Customer unavailability
  • Weather
  • Local restrictions
  • Force majeure
  • Courier disruption

Where Manvaya Jewels fails to use the purchased express service, the customer may contact us for review and an appropriate remedy.

27. Marketplace orders

Orders placed through Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho or another third-party marketplace will generally be delivered according to that marketplace’s:

  • Shipping method
  • Delivery estimate
  • Tracking process
  • Complaint procedure
  • Cancellation and refund rules

Customers should initially raise shipping concerns through the marketplace account used to place the order.

Manvaya Jewels cannot issue duplicate compensation where the marketplace has already refunded or replaced the same order.

28. Instagram and WhatsApp orders

For orders placed directly through an official Manvaya Jewels Instagram or WhatsApp account:

  • The delivery estimate should be communicated during order confirmation.
  • Payment must be made only to an authorised Manvaya Jewels payment channel.
  • The customer should retain the invoice, order confirmation and payment reference.
  • Tracking will ordinarily be shared through the same channel or by SMS/email.

Manvaya Jewels is not responsible for payments or orders placed with impersonators or unofficial accounts that are not controlled by the business.

29. Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the parcel remains with Manvaya Jewels until valid delivery, subject to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy should be interpreted as transferring the risk of courier loss or verified transit damage to the customer before delivery.

After valid delivery, customers are responsible for appropriately storing, handling and caring for the product.

30. Events beyond reasonable control

Manvaya Jewels will not be treated as having deliberately failed to deliver where performance is prevented or substantially delayed by an event beyond reasonable control.

Such events may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods or severe weather
  • Epidemics or public-health restrictions
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Government restrictions
  • Transport shutdowns
  • Strikes
  • Major courier-network failures
  • Internet or payment infrastructure failures

Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected customers and resume fulfilment as soon as practicable.

This clause does not remove any mandatory consumer right.

31. Customer communication and delivery fraud

Customers should be cautious of fraudulent calls or messages claiming that:

  • An additional payment is required to release the parcel
  • A refund requires an OTP
  • Card details are needed to correct the delivery address
  • A link must be opened to prevent cancellation
  • A remote-access application must be installed

Manvaya Jewels will never ask for:

  • Card PIN
  • CVV
  • Internet-banking password
  • UPI PIN
  • OTP
  • Screen-sharing access

Suspicious communications should be reported to care@manvayajewels.com.

32. Grievance escalation

If a shipping complaint is not resolved through ordinary customer support, the customer may escalate it to:

Grievance Officer: Vishal Saklani
Designation: Proprietor and Grievance Officer
Email: care@manvayajewels.com
Phone: +91 98765 43211
Address: Shop No. 36, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 210001, India

Suggested email subject:

Shipping Grievance – Order [Order Number]

We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and seek to resolve them within one month, depending on the issue’s complexity. These timelines reflect the grievance-redressal requirements described under India’s E-Commerce Rules.

33. Statutory rights

This Shipping Policy does not exclude, restrict or override any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable Indian law.

The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 provides the broader statutory framework for consumer protection, including remedies relating to defective goods, deficient services and unfair trade practices.

If any term in this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that mandatory requirement will prevail.

34. Changes to this Policy

Manvaya Jewels may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in:

  • Courier arrangements
  • Delivery locations
  • Shipping charges
  • COD availability
  • Processing periods
  • Business operations
  • Applicable legal requirements

The revised version will display an updated “Last Updated” date.

The version generally applicable to an order will be the version displayed when the order was placed, unless a later change is legally required or is more favourable to the customer.
