Most Manvaya pieces are fashion or oxidised jewellery made from mixed-metal alloys, synthetic stones, faux pearls or other materials mentioned on the individual product page. Terms such as “oxidised silver” describe the colour or finish and do not mean solid or sterling silver unless clearly stated. Customers with known metal sensitivities should check the material details carefully before ordering.

Oxidised jewellery has an intentionally dark, antique finish that may gradually change when exposed to moisture, sweat, perfume, skincare products or humidity. To keep it beautiful for longer, wear it after applying perfume and makeup, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after use and store it separately in a dry pouch. Avoid water, toothpaste and harsh cleaning chemicals.

Please contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery and within the applicable return period. Share your order number, clear product photographs, packaging images and an unboxing video if available.
